מדיניות החזרות וביטולים

ניתן לבטל הזמנה ללא עלות בתוך 24 שעות ממועד ביצוע הרכישה ולקבל החזר כספי מלא.

לאחר 24 שעות, ובטרם נשלחה ההזמנה, ניתן לבטל את ההזמנה בכפוף לעמלת טיפול וביטול בסך ₪9.90.

לאחר שההזמנה נשלחה, לא ניתן לבטל את ההזמנה.

אם קיבלתם מוצר פגום, תקול או שונה מהותית מהמוצר שהוזמן, אנא צרו איתנו קשר בתוך 7 ימים ממועד קבלת המוצר.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase and will receive a full refund.

After 24 hours and before shipment processing, cancellations may be subject to a ₪9.90 handling and cancellation fee.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the product.

After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement product or a refund depending on the circumstances.
